Treatments Men Discuss With Licensed Providers
Scoreboard Health offers telehealth evaluation pathways that may include testosterone therapy, related adjuncts, compounded GLP-1 preparations, peptides and wellness therapies when clinically appropriate. Every option is prescribed only after a licensed provider reviews your health history and labs. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Not everyone is a candidate. Results vary. This page is for educational purposes and is not medical advice.

Individualized Testosterone Protocols
Low testosterone can affect energy, body composition, mood, libido and focus. Providers build individualized protocols from your labs, not a one-size-fits-all approach. Every option below requires a valid prescription after a clinical evaluation and recent lab work.
Testosterone Cypionate Injection
InjectionFDA-approved commercial testosterone cypionate products exist for labeled hypogonadism when prescribed by a licensed clinician. Depending on clinical and pharmacy factors, some patients may receive a commercial FDA-approved finished drug and others may receive a compounded preparation from a licensed 503A/503B compounding pharmacy; compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drugs. Dosing and monitoring (including hematocrit and fertility counseling) belong with a licensed clinician.
Testosterone Cream 3%
Topical creamA compounded topical testosterone option for men who prefer a needle-free route. Compounded creams are prepared by a licensed 503A/503B compounding pharmacy and are not FDA-approved finished drugs. Application site, dose and lab monitoring are set only by your licensed clinician.
Enclomiphene Oral
OralAn oral medication discussed for men with clinically documented low testosterone who want to keep their own testosterone production and fertility goals in mind. Enclomiphene is not FDA-approved for any indication; whether it fits is a decision for a licensed clinician.
Anastrozole Oral
OralAn aromatase inhibitor that is FDA-approved for certain breast cancers; use in men to manage estradiol is off-label. Considered only when labs and symptoms support it, under a licensed clinician.
hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin)
InjectionFDA-approved hCG products are labeled for certain types of male hypogonadism. Using hCG alongside TRT to help maintain testicular function is off-label and does not guarantee fertility. Fertility goals should be discussed with a licensed clinician.
