THE FOUNDER'S SCOREBOARD

My Journey

Down 45 lbs on semaglutide, from 275 to 230. Now on tirzepatide. 55 more to go. Goal 175.

Ryan Bowerman is the founder of Scoreboard Health. This is his own experience with treatment prescribed by a licensed provider. It is not typical of all patients, results vary, and it is not medical advice.

THE STARTING LINE

Where Ryan started

Ryan built Dominia Health, Scoreboard's sister site for women. His wife Ana and daughter Ariel, both registered nurses, pushed him to build the men's board next — and to be the first name on it.

Last year Ryan was about 100 pounds overweight. He was close to 50, overweight, tired, and dealing with low testosterone and low libido. In the same week, a well-known clinic's in-house testosterone test came back dramatically lower than his VA lab results. In Ryan's opinion, the in-house result was unreliable.

That is why Scoreboard uses trusted third-party labs such as LabCorp and Quest. Decisions should rest on lab results you can trust.

THE GOAL

Lose 55 more pounds to reach 175, and build strength, energy and libido — only with treatment prescribed by a licensed provider and monitored with trusted third-party labs.

THE RULES

What this page will not do

  • Promise results. Ryan's numbers are his own and are not typical. Results vary.
  • Pretend compounded medications are FDA-approved. They are not.
  • Give medical advice. Talk with a licensed provider about your own care.
  • Use research-only products. We do not source or recommend research-only products sold for human use.
  • Oversell peptides. For most peptides, benefits are possible, not proven, and human data are limited.
  • Hide the fine print. PT-141 is off-label in men, and several peptides are prohibited by WADA in tested sport.

Important Medical & Compounded Medication Disclaimer

Scoreboard Health provides telehealth consultations for men and may prescribe medications, including compounded testosterone, compounded Semaglutide, and compounded Tirzepatide, when clinically appropriate.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies pursuant to individual patient prescriptions and are not the same as, or generic equivalents of, FDA-approved brand-name medications such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, or Zepbound®, or FDA-approved commercial testosterone products.

These medications are prescribed only after a licensed healthcare provider evaluates your individual medical history, lab results, health goals, and eligibility through a telehealth consultation. Not everyone is a candidate for treatment.

Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on many factors, including individual biology, adherence to the prescribed plan, lifestyle, and ongoing medical supervision. Any patient stories shown on this website reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results.
