These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of scoreboardhealth.com and related telehealth services offered by Scoreboard Health ("Scoreboard," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Clarity Health LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Scoreboard Health
Privacy inquiries: our contact form (see also our Privacy Policy).
1. Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old and located in a U.S. jurisdiction where we can lawfully offer services. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you are using the services for yourself (or as expressly authorized for another adult who has consented).
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if you are ineligible, provide false information, misuse the platform, or if clinically or legally appropriate.
2. Not for emergencies or crisis care
Scoreboard telehealth is not emergency care and is not a substitute for in-person evaluation when urgently needed. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, chest pain, severe allergic reaction, suicidal ideation, or any life-threatening condition, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Do not use chat, email, or asynchronous messaging for emergencies.
3. Nature of telehealth services
Our platform facilitates online evaluation and, when appropriate, treatment support for men's health concerns such as low testosterone symptoms and metabolic/weight-related goals, including testosterone therapy (TRT), related options (e.g., enclomiphene where clinically appropriate), and compounded GLP-1 medications.
4. Compounded medications and FDA status
Some medications offered through partner pharmacies may be compounded. Compounded medications are prepared for individual patients and are not FDA-approved in the same way as commercially manufactured, FDA-approved drug products. Compounded products have not been shown by the FDA to be safe or effective for a particular use in the same manner as approved drugs; quality and availability can vary.
Commercial FDA-approved products may be available in some cases; availability depends on clinical appropriateness, pharmacy supply, and law. Your clinician and pharmacy will discuss options when relevant. You acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to ask questions about compounded versus commercial products before starting therapy.
5. Prescriptions and pharmacies
Prescriptions are issued only when a clinician determines they are medically appropriate. We do not guarantee that you will receive a prescription. Medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies (including compounding pharmacies where applicable). Shipping times and product availability can change. You agree not to share, sell, or misuse prescribed medications.
6. Labs and monitoring
Laboratory testing may be required before and during treatment. Results help assess eligibility and safety. Refusal to complete clinically required labs may result in delayed care, modified plans, or discontinuation. Lab partners are independent; Scoreboard is not liable for lab errors outside our reasonable control, though we will help coordinate follow-up when appropriate.
7. Accounts, communications, and your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
8. Payments, refunds, HSA/FSA
Fees for memberships, consults, labs, or medications are described at checkout or in your plan materials. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are cash-pay and may not be submitted by us to insurance as in-network benefits. You are responsible for knowing whether your HSA/FSA administrator accepts a given charge; we may provide receipts upon request.
Once a clinician visit has started, the visit fee is non-refundable. Once a prescribed product has shipped, it is non-refundable. Contact us before your visit begins or before shipment with cancellation questions.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account review. Prices and offerings may change.
9. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, logos, and materials are owned by Scoreboard or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish content for commercial use without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
11. Disclaimers

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SCOREBOARD FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING CERTAIN PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS WHERE PROHIBITED FROM LIMITATION).
Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states, limits apply to the fullest extent allowed.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scoreboard and its affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or inaccurate information you provide, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Judgment on an arbitration award may be entered in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida. You and Clarity Health LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may be highlighted on the site or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
